I understand that places have rules for good reason but this place takes themselves a little too seriously. I had to take my tiny (literally 6lbs) kitten to the vet but I was running early. The kitten was in a carrier so I figured I'd run in and grab a coffee to go to kill some time and help me wake up. The coffee shop hadn't been open for long and there was no one else in there. Great cappuccinos, the staff are attentive and professional.
This location is going steadily downhill. I like La Colombe, but most of the workers at this location are super unfriendly to the point that it impacts the atmosphere. Like zombie, blank stares—especially the blonde girl who works there. Coffee is pretty good, but the matcha is made from pre-mixed liquid in a squeeze bottle :(
