Great spot for coffee. Iced chai was great, and quick.
I’ve been coming to this location for years — hundreds of visits. The staff are great and the coffee is usually excellent. But the manager, Ben, has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and this isn’t the first time — he just ignores his customers. Today, I explained a simple issue to him directly, on the spot — took two seconds. Wonderful coffee in this local coffee chain. Great location and great energy. You can spend hours people watching. Parking is a challenge.
