Got a latte there and it was perfect. The staff was very friendly and super fast - I was in and out in less than 5 minutes
No bathroom (even to wash hands). Coffee is considerably more expensive than their Philly locations. The flavor of the month was overly sweet. I wasn’t able to sample it either, so I committed and threw my drink out. Not the true La Colombe experience.

Really sad retail experience which makes me want to stop going to stores and just shop online. I traveled from the UWS to purchase a bag of whole beans, arriving at 6:48 pm on a Thursday. Google says the shop closes at 7 pm. The two gentlemen inside had locked the door and gave me the universal “were closed” pantomime. I pointed to the bags of beans so they know I was not buying a coffee drink. I pointed to my watch. They looked at me and continued to mime “closed”.
