Like many other reviewers said, absolutely horrible service (Sunday afternoon shift). Forgot our order and didn’t even look in our direction when we followed up.
Very disappointing. They didn’t even greet me when I entered, but I saw them greet others who came in after me. They didn’t let me know when my latte was ready, so I had to go to the counter and ask. It turned out my latte had been sitting there for a while, and people who came after me received their coffee earlier than I did. This was the worst experience I’ve had in NYC. The male and female staff were very rude and unfriendly.
Oat draught latte and tahini cookie is the perfect pick me up! Bit of a random location, but always nice service here.
I was given a broken cup that spilled all over me on the floor. The cashier watched this happen and did not react or say anything. I told her it was broken and instead of giving me a new beverage, she poured what little remained of my drink into a new cup. Through all of this, no apologies, no acknowledgment, no single reaction from otherwise empty coffee shop. Unbelievable.
