This is a business that left me feeling extremely uncomfortable, singled out, and questioning whether bias played a role in how customers were treated. My morning commute in the city just found its new peak thanks to La Colombe. I’m usually a purist, but their seasonal S’mores coffee on tap is a total game-changer. Watching it pour with that signature draft silkiness is half the fun, but the taste is the real winner, it’s got that nostalgic toasted marshmallow sweetness and a hint of graham cracker without being cloying. It’s the perfect elevated treat to carry through the city streets. If you see it on the tap handle, grab it immediately.
