Staff so pretentious and moody that I’m left wondering where do you even find people like this? A comical trope that’s lowkey rare to see today and doesn’t really exist at “artisanal” coffee shops anymore. You work at a mid mainstream coffee chain, cut the attitude it makes you look like a weirdo.

It's a national chain that's pretending to be a neighborhood place. Staff aren't even pretending to care. Nice concrete echo chamber atmosphere. More dumb, annoying and expensive than charming or remotely good.

Atmosphere: I gave 4 stars, just because too many customers use the space for phone calls and Zoom meetings, creating excess noise. Service: I gave 4 stars. The service is always efficient, which I appreciate. However, some of the baristas often bring their bad moods or negative attitudes about whatever to work with them, which makes them seem unfriendly, as if customers are a bother. Otherwise, the coffee is delicious, and the pastries are excellent! (Much better than Starbucks!)
