The reviews lowered my expectation, but I actually enjoyed this place. Breakfast sandwich and cold brew were great and employees are nice (the limited menu waffles chick was meh) Price is reasonable in a good way as well.
Service was friendly but extremely slow. The food offering is very limited. A lot of space, but not a very inviting place. And while the cafe does have real ceramic mugs, you'll need to specifically request and stress that you want to have your coffee in a real mug - otherwise they will just offer you a horrible single-use cup. It's telling that I was the only one drinking my coffee from a real mug when I visited the cafe, everyone else around me had been offered as a default a single-use cup... Such waste...

Always welcomed with a smile, thoughtful menu options and great coffee. Ambience is quite nice despite the heavy traffic from the building.
