They charge an extra dollar for non dairy milk but don’t include that info on the menu.
Very disappointing breakfast experience. The employees were extremely rude, disrespectful, and made us feel unwelcome. Customer service is very important in a restaurant, and the staff seriously needs better training on how to treat customers. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place.
The menu says breakfast sandwich is $13, on choice of brioche or croissant. I ordered a sandwich and it was $16. They said there's an upcharge for a croissant, which is not indicated on the menu. So then I said I'd take brioche, but they were out of brioche and could only sell a croissant at the $16 (unlisted) price. This is not only illegal, but very off-putting as a customer. I refused to pay the unadvertised price and they refused to serve me. I strongly recommend alternative venues.
The staff here are always so nice! I specifically would like to highlight MJ she always greets us with a smile and is very kind! She literally goes out her way to create a good experience! Thank you MJ!
