I dislike the chair, the waiting time, I came un with a emergency I had came in early to do paperwork then I made a apt that. same day for them to tell I should have called 911 to get antibiotics and place a the order with my doctor told me to brush my teeth and that I had to came 2 weeks later to get my tooth removed. Its more easy go to the white house than make an apointment, they always make you waiting and call in one month , and when you call they just give you another day to call in one month . The worst place to go

I wouldn’t bring my dog to this clinic. The office is incredibly rude. If they don’t like you asking questions they hang up on you. Trying to return a call. Especially to Jessica who is beyond rude especially after explaining that I suffer from a neurological condition and am disabled. She continued to berate me and lecture me as if I was ignorant. Sad that they consider themselves an asset to servicing the community only to mistreat people. This is an ongoing problem with La Clínica before Covid and is only worse after. The... read more
