I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but my experience at la clinic was absolutely unacceptable. The front desk was chaotic, I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment with no communication, and when I finally saw the dentist, they rushed through everything like I was just another number on a checklist. The worst part? The shady billing. I was quoted one price and charged something entirely different, with no clear breakdown. The lack of transparency is outrageous. I don’t understand why my kids have to miss school for a virtual appointment just to schedule a actual real appointment make no sense to me
caution!!! If you park here, the security guard will call his friends to break into your car and steal your things. When you ask the business for help they will say no to reviewing the camera footage. The security guard was aggressive when we asked if he saw anything.
The employees do not show care for your teeth and they act reckless and unprofessional. They take forever to get you an appointment and even if you manage to find one chances are they won’t even be able to work on your teeth for some absurd reason.
I called to ask about orthodontistry, and the person answering the phone twice told me she had to check with their ortho person, and then she came back and quoted me prices, but had no info about orthodontic financing. I asked for them to transfer me to their accounting department, but they said they couldn't. It took several calls to get this information, and on about the fourth call, someone identified themself as the dentistry manager, and said they hadn't had an orthodontist for about three years.
