The receptionists are kind. I nearly died as a result of my nurse practitioner's "care" a few years ago. I now suffer permanent (life-long) disability after her oversight, which was as simple as pointing out some precautions I should take while sick in light of a chronic illness that she was very familiar with. The worst experience as interpreter I received from front desk, I don’t know why they treat the interpreters so bad, front desk was only talking bad things in Spanish even tho I spoke Spanish, the guy inside was in chair sitting and looking at my like I owe him some explanation why was I there, even tho I was working there, I think he was pretending like he doesn’t understand what is happening but he know I am interpreter, just so he can bully interpreters

Ive been coming here for over ten years and have always gotten amazing treatment all around. Really bummed about treatment from new desk staff- two individuals have treated me poorly in very basic interactions; speaking to me with impatient tones and annoyed facial expressions. Please remind your desk staff that people are often in the clinic because theyre not feeling well. Some warmth goes a long way.

Mal servicio de parte de sus operadores telefonicos el primero dijo que mi hija era MUY ENFADOZA por eso se me nego una cita medica. La segunda me senti discriminada se me nego por que segun ella no entendia nada a lo que ella me estaba contestando perfectamente y el traductor me entendia todo que hablaba y tradujo sin ninguna complicacion pesimo servicio
