The Spin class is absolutely fantastic! The instructor, Anita, is motivating, energetic and fun! And my health has greatly improved from joining this class! So grateful that Titusville has this!
Anita is an excellent instructor and she really commands the spin class. She genuinely cares about the people who come to her class and makes all new people fee welcomed and comfortable even when they're first starting out. Her classes are always different and you really get a great work out. Anita is an asset to La Cita and I am grateful to be in her class!
