I love this little neighborhood hole-in-the-wall! When living in other cities I had MY place to eat when I didn't feel like cooking or eating alone. LA CHOZA is just that type of place. Home Style Cooking. They remember what I like & want as I walk in the door. And yet they respect my space. A really nice place run by wonderful people! TRY the Huevos Rancheros my favorite!
Great service, fantastic food! Have eaten here several time ...enjoyed the Mexican ambiance and the couple who own and operate La Choza. Recommend it to all who love traditional Mexican foods.

To start, breakfast at a Mexican restaurant is my main meal of the day. I frequent them several times a week. I just left La Choza and was very disappointed. 1. You have to order at the counter, pay for your order (over priced) and then be seated. 2. You have to pay for chips and salsa. It was a very small portion and when you ask for extra salsa they are not pleased. 3. I ordered Huevos Rancheros w/carne guisada.
