Everyone is really friendly and caring. The equipment they use seems pretty cutting edge as well I like that the blood pressure cuff goes on the wrist and not arm and the chairs go back really smooth and not all jerky. They are also ready prompt with appointments.

Outstanding practice. The care I receive from staff for myself and my husband is Fantastic. Christine Poncavage FNP is one of the best there is. She is very detailed and highly intelligent. She cares a lot about her patients. She listens to your concerns and makes sure you feel heard and validated. Highly recommend this practice.

If you are looking for an excellent Primary Care Physician (PCP) look no further. Dr. Chantelle Chen does things that are difficult to find in today’s healthcare system. She listens and takes time with you. It is clear that your health issues are her primary concern at each and every appointment. She intentionally does not have 2,000 plus patients to maintain as almost every PCP in a medical practice does in today’s healthcare system. I just had my first experience with La Cholla Medical Group. From the moment I walked in the waiting room and gave my name at the counter, I was treated so kindly. My appointment was for 1:00 and my name was called at 12:55…. Yes, that’s right, EARLY! I was greeted by the MA Amanda and she was so gracious throughout the whole pre-Physician process.
