I’ve been coming to this salon for 5+ years and absolutely love it! Kendra is amazing. She is so knowledgeable, talented, and truly cares about the health and integrity of my hair. I completely trust her with my hair and always leave loving the results.
Been here four times only had a good time the first time, after that it kept going downhill. My most recent visit here I wanted a balayage and they did foils up to the scalp for some reason. I was told it was a foliage Quoted price was 350 but ended up paying 540 because of remixes of bleach. Left the salon with patches of bleached hair with no toner. Jess does the best job, I’ve booked with her twice now and she always gives exactly what I want, will always go back
I have been coming to this salon for over three years, so I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I have black hair, but a mixture of white, brown, and light brown beads were used for my extensions. Because of this, I cannot wear my hair up without the beads being completely visible, which is frustrating. I have had extensions for 3 years and I have never had an extension specialist use different coloured beads that do not match my hair like this.
