I have been coming to this salon for over three years, so I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I have black hair, but a mixture of white, brown, and light brown beads were used for my extensions. Because of this, I cannot wear my hair up without the beads being completely visible, which is frustrating. I have had extensions for 3 years and I have never had an extension specialist use different coloured beads that do not match my hair like this. my hair has never fallen out in such a capacity. i’ve lost about 4 inches of hair, simply from brushing it, since October; if you’re charging me $500 for a mid balayage and a coffee that gave me a severe stomach ache, then you can just keep it at that point. save your money and your hair for a stylist that knows not to fry your hair clean off… i’ve added a photo of the damage they have caused to avoid the owners gaslighting me in a response (the way they do with everyone else’s 1 star reviews☺️). what a sad way to run a busi... read more
