My shirts were perfectly pressed. Dropping more off today.
This is my first bad review ever since I added my email on Google ( in 15 years ) I had a horrible experience with them. They burned my suit and then came back and said “ it was not here” it was an expensive suit ( leather ) . Shame on you for lacking accountability . Horrible customer service.
Was given 4 days for ONE item to be dry cleaned. Was told item would be ready for pick-up by noon 4 days after dropping item off. Went at 2PM for pickup and the item was not ready and not even on location. A simple, what should’ve been fast pickup, turned into a long wait and a hassle as it backed us up on our schedule for the day.
Me rompieron un saco nuevo Les pedí que solo plancha y lo metieron a tintorería y me lo entregaron muy roto Y no se hicieron responsables , pésimo servicio! Fue en la de McPherson
