Here, haven’t been before and was pleasantly surprised. I got a coffee, coxhina, flan and some donuts as well. Very nice guy at the counter and some good chatting with us. It’s nice having a coffee place in downtown again. Will be back!
Too slow service... Customers are clearly not their priority
I've visited this coffee shop twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and it felt like customers waiting in line were not a priority. While several of us were standing there waiting to place our orders, the staff seemed more focused on taking phone orders than helping the customers who were physically in the store. He visitado esta cafetería dos veces y en ambas ocasiones la experiencia ha sido decepcionante. La atención es muy lenta y parece que los clientes que estamos haciendo fila no somos la prioridad. Mientras varias personas esperábamos para ordenar, el personal se enfocaba en atender pedidos por teléfono antes que a quienes estábamos presentes en el local.
