Cheyanne was an excellent server! Not only did she do her job great, she also answered all of our questions about our stay at the resort. Food was awesome! Highly recommend Cheyanne and La Cascada.
Cheyanne made wonderful food recommendations! She was friendly and very observant. She informed us of specials, ways to get things, and just overall was super pleasant. The food was well seasoned, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious! If you come here, ask for Cheyanne, she will treat you like a top-notch customer.
Excellent food, but service was slow. They seemed to be out of a lot and not to the servers fault, it took management more than 30 min to find certain items. This is understandable when a place is busy but we were the only ones in the restaurant.
