Poorly Maintained and Overcrowded !! The facility appeared dingy and unclean, with an overcrowded atmosphere that felt chaotic. It seemed more like a high-pressure sales operation than a care-focused environment. There are plenty of better options out there—don’t compromise when it comes to quality care. This is not the place.
La Casa Via is truly exceptional when it comes to the staff. After my 82 year old mother broke her femur, the care she received was outstanding. Director Camalin Jones goes above and beyond her job description, personally catering to my mom's needs and making sure she felt comfortable and supported. The nurses, CNAs, and therapists were compassionate, professional and attentive. The rehab team helped my mom regain her strength with care and encouragement. I am so grateful-highly recommend!
My ex-husband, who I am very good friends with, recently had a major orthopedic back surgery and needed some additional time for recovery and therapy before he could safely return home, so I chose this facility, based on a number of good recommendations I received.
