I’m very impressed with the care my Mom has received here. The facility is clean and everyone was helpful. I especially appreciate the communication the team had with me to keep informed. In the past when my Mom had to go to other SNF it was impossible to get a hold of anyone or get updates. This place is awesome!

I could not be happier with the care my mom got at La Casa Via. She suffered a hip fracture and we chose La Casa Via for two weeks of skilled nursing rehab. Cam and her team are exceptional. Their responsiveness has moved my sister from being near death and bed-bound to walking again and making great strides in her health. My sister’s medical case is wildly complex. She has 73 separate health issues and 30 different medications. Every week, she needs to see several doctors in addition to getting to and from dialysis.
