No one is ever there. For 6, one will be there. I saw them twice in 7 or more years. I went to pay my rent and no notice they relocated, I walked through the front door right in to someone home . All to find out they moved to the back of the house. No text, no email, no call about being relocated. This was a scary time and fearful. La Casa has made my first renting experience very pleasant. I have been in my townhome for 6 years. I am moving to be able to get my teenager into another school district. However, every issue that has came along, they have handle it immediately. I would not hesitate to use them again.
I have moved out of the property, cleaned it and made sure everything was taken care of. We NEVER used the appliances in the house as we had our own. We were told we could have an additional 2 weeks to move out since it was bad weather and moving in the snow is diffficult. We made sure to bring in the same appliances that they had left for us to use (which again we never touched they sat in storage) only to be told upon move out that the appliances may not be salvageable due to scarring on the stove....That we never used. Piss poor management and their maintenance crew is pathetic and tell you they'll get to it, weeks later they show up and Jerry rig it...
We rented from Lacasa reality for 3 years never had any problems the couple things that did come up they fixed same day. A good experience all around.
