Sadly, there seems to be a great deal of staff turnover, disorganization, and lack of communication. They do not coordinate with the family or caregivers regarding the schedule or activities. They also repeatedly endanger the health and well-being of their clients who have food intolerances or diet restrictions such as diabetes.
