We hadn't been to La Casta Pasta in a very long time and decided to give it another try. We had a wonderful evening. James was an attentive server and our meal was perfect! We started with the sautéed calamari..tender and melted in your mouth= delicious. I had the cannelloni de mare and my husband had the veal braciole. Excellent! Food was extraordinary and service was fantastic.
Been coming here for 30+ years. Food remains outstanding. Had dinner on Tuesday to celebrate my parents' anniversary. I usually stick with my usual Veal a La Giuseppe, but gave in to the temptation of the special Veal Bracciol (sp?). Wasn't disappointed. Kudos and thanks to the Martuscellis for maintaining the quality here for all these years.
The food was amazing. We did not have a reservation and the place was jammed. I told them it was my husband's birthday. They were able to fit us in. The service was marvelous I really enjoyed everything
I was disappointed. I used to eat there years ago. Portions are very small. I don't understand how people think throwing sauce in a pan is true Italian. YOU have to season and COOK it for hours . Everything is about the money. I'm going to Mrs Robino or Attilios Best Italian food . like my Dad cooked. The waitress was excellent. The owner miserable, As usual.
Great server with James! Had the eggplant parm soup..very good!! Love it when not asked every 3 minutes if I need anything as James gave us our space. Wait staff were very busy but gave their tables attention
