terrible leasing agents that are unhelpful ( yes you Rachel) terrible leasing policy that looks to trap you. Half the facilities items don’t work you have to pay for the washer and dryer that are communal that sometimes work If the leasing agent remembers to give you your laundry card. parking spaces so narrow a normal car of today’s make doesn’t fit in them without tapping the car next to you

Love this place and the people so far been great I’ve heard about the history but I'm so grateful to come at the time I did and for the new management/office staff Rachel/Jazmine everything you do is appreciated.! -DAA
The management especially Robin and "a tad less" Bob are unprofessional. They lack compassion and honesty. The place has views galore but old and outdated in plumbing, heating, and carpet problems. Location is great but this does not offset the mean, nasty management and dilapidated facilities. 0 stars
