Ihave been a resident at la casa loma since 2018 and left in 2024 due to previous poor management and lack of communication with then owners(CSC) I returned in September 2025 and luckily got the same wonderful apartment, This is a stellar community, planned by the original owners and offering a variety of homes, all with beautiful views and easy access to shopping and downtown. Beautiful houses amazing views and quiet with a big pool
I just moved in a month ago. There is new management and they are making huge improvements to the property. They have been responsive and professional. This is a lovely place to live.
terrible leasing agents that are unhelpful ( yes you Rachel) terrible leasing policy that looks to trap you. Half the facilities items don’t work you have to pay for the washer and dryer that are communal that sometimes work If the leasing agent remembers to give you your laundry card. parking spaces so narrow a normal car of today’s make doesn’t fit in them without tapping the car next to you
