The management especially Robin and "a tad less" Bob are unprofessional. They lack compassion and honesty. The place has views galore but old and outdated in plumbing, heating, and carpet problems. Location is great but this does not offset the mean, nasty management and dilapidated facilities. 0 stars
**EDIT 2/1/25** The response to this review stating they’re willing to help was written by the same lady Robin who’s response was “Do you have a computer & know how to use it? I just moved from a different state idk about the corresponding post office we use” over the phone. Pathetic. As of 1/31/25* New management is a joke. Robin and Bob will do nothing to help you. A wonderfully maintained property to live at. We all know that the rental market in Santa Fe is shit and way over priced . This complex offers a wide range of prices . I lived in the cheapest unit and was very pleased with the security as well as the sites around the property. The manager in the leasing office (Bob) is kind and courteous. If I could give a zero I would. This management company is criminal and doesn’t care about people or the health and safety of its tenants. An entire building in this complex didn’t have heat for 6 weeks this winter, and going on no AC for 2 weeks now. Slumlords at best. Steer clear of anything CSC Management owns and manages. Psychopaths.
