Reading these reviews, seeing how the 'nice' comments were dealt with vs trying to comfort the people who needed you .. that's why their comment is there. They deserved to be heard. I will not be supporting this THERAPY practice 😡. Shame on you.

Wait is long. Girl in window one with very dark hair wasnt calling me foward. She wasn't doing anything but on her personal phone. Girl in window 2 was the only one helping people, she was answering the phones and helping other people. She was finally able to help me I was able to get checked in. Girl 2 was nice and helpful. Her desk decorations were cute and welcoming. But as someone who struggles with social anxiety having to wait like I didn't exist, or was invisible, like I was a nuisance was awful. I thought this place was great at first until I was suffering a major depressive episode. I first reached out through email with no response then I called the office and spoke to Mary Sue who acted like I was a bother and gave me no advice. Unfortunately that night things got worse and this clinic and the doctor I was dealing with never got back to me.
