CARNE APESTOSA. Hoy es la primera vez que compro ahí. Pedí carne de puerco al pastor. Y al destapar la carne me llegó un olor raro, como cuando tiene tiempo refrigerado. Pero tenía duda. La cocine y se apesto la casa horrible, no un olor normal de cuando cocinas.. apestaba feo realmente. Tuve que regresarla a la bolsa, y la meti a congelar. I searched and searched and finally found a good carnicería here in Raleigh. I moved to NC from Los Angeles and struggled to find a quality Mexican style carnicería like what I was used to in Los Angeles … this place is it! My search is over. They cut anything to your liking. Their pre-seasoned chicken wings or short ribs are the best. Anyone struggling to find a Mexican style carnicería or just a quality butcher market overall come here ! You won’t be disappointed.
