I attempted to get in with this salon twice in the past 6 months. Both times I had the same issue of either nobody answering the calls or getting a return call 2 days or more after I called several times. In my first attempt, I eventually got in and the young lady was really nice but she has since left. My most recent attempt in the last 2 weeks was frustrating, as well. Eventually, someone returned my call. They stated they would call me back "in a few minutes" once they checked their schedule but a day later, still no call... read more
