Sat for 2 hours without contact after being told a technician would call me soon. Had to call back 3 times myseld for updates, and finally had to cancel when they couldn't provide any details after 2 hours of waiting. Went with another company who immediately called me back and gave me an ETA of 15 minues.

I just called to see if I could use this service and I have NO idea why the guy answering had such an attitude. I was asking what area they serviced and he just kept saying, “we are a local business but we service many areas.” I couldn’t get a straight answer and any time I had a question, he just was extremely unhelpful and had so much attitude. Completely unbelievable from a business providing a service to paying customer. I ended up not using them because of this.

well, good service, but not good price. They initially asked $1700- not make sense At All. . After i refused strongly 10 times even though they give pressure to pay. So they said $400, and said don't tell the company. Still 1.5-2 times expensive than other sellers just for key. But i don't have other option because they turn off the car because of "checking the car". Use again? No. No. No. Definitely.
