Went in for a wire transfer from out of state. Morgan and Sharon were AMAZING! so personable, patient and understanding. Unfortunately the credit union out of state was horrible. But they stuck it out trying to rectify the problem on their end. They surpassed our expectations for customer service, empathy and going above and beyond.
