We hired them to bring a food truck to an event with 100 people and they didn't show up. A deposit was paid & dates were confirmed. We called multiple times, which went straight to voicemail, and finally got ahold of someone 20 min after they were supposed to be there. I was told that they mixed up the dates and would not be able to make it. The guy was not apologetic whatsoever and did not offer any resolution. La Campechana has quickly become one of my favorite spots. I've been slowly eating my way through the menu, and everything I've tried has been fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The empanadas are absolutely amazing—crispy on the outside with delicious fillings that keep me coming back. My newest favorite is the Torta Hawaiana. Delicious food, very friendly staff, highly recommend!! This is now our favorite food truck in Fort Collins!
