Update in response to the owner: Thank you for your reply and for asking. The main issue was the wait time. We waited a very long time for someone to come and take our order. After that, the service was quite poor and the staff attitude was not polite or professional. For example, the food was placed on the table in a very careless way, almost thrown on the table, as if the server had no patience. This made the whole experience uncomfortable. It was disappointing and makes me not want to come back to La Cage.
