he receptionist or whomever is the the person who answers the phone is absolute nasty and abrupt. I missed the appt because when she called me on my cell at 7pm at night to schedule the appt I wasnt able to write it down. I then was in the hospital for another procedure for something else and complete forgot. I called this morning to reschedule . She scolded me asking my why I didn't write it down doesn't matter not her business I called to reschedule...so I cut the conversation short and will see another Doctor. The service... read more
