The lady in front office is super nice and very helpful! She made my move very smoothly. The apartment is very affordable and spacious. So far I’m loving my apartment!

My son currently lives here, there are issues with rain water coming in through the windows, door and baseboards. Apartment manager said foundation is cracked. They won't work with you to move to a different unit either. AC unit stopped working 3 months after he moved in and he has made multiple complaints twice a month for 6 months and still hasn't been replaced or repaired. The people at the office are very nice and always willing to help. As for the apartment they are a good size. and from what I’ve seen, the community is very nice as a whole. You get pleasant greetings and/or respect for your privacy. Everything works well, and if it doesn’t, it will be fixed or replaced soon. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews about roaches but if you report it to the office they will treat it.
Gracias a Dios termino mi contrato con ellos, para iniciar me pidieron tanta documentación que ni los gobierno piden, tuve que enviar hasta mi registro de Llc ya que trabajo por mi cuenta propia solo para que ellos pudieran alquilarme el apartamento por los 6 meses que pedí, además tienen cargos ocultos. *Nunca te regresaran el depósito, así que no te preocupes por limpiar.
