The young lady that helped us at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful with our move in process back in May. The apartment was very nice and clean, they are newly remodeled. My family and I loved the pool area this summer. The ladies at the office were very nice and gave my kids some beach balls and inflatables.I haven't had any problems or complaints, we are loving our apartment and just super grateful how nice it is here in the are and that the staff are very nice and helpful :) .
Roaches everywhere, apartments are more expensive than advertised (they will only tell you this in person when you come to view), don't have anything delivered here, not even your uber eats, it WILL get stolen. No cameras anywhere on the property so you're on your own fam. Welcome to the southside I guess. Tons of cars in the parking lot blasting obscenely loud Banda until 3am, s tier complex.
I live here currently and they’re charging me over $1000 a month for an apartment without working heat, roaches, leaking pipes, and ghetto rigged “central” AC. There’s also been a drive by in the parking lot and part of my building is literally falling apart. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, this place is what I would consider uninhabitable and overcharged for the lack of security, safety, and pest control.
