The staff were friendly and the salon is clean. However I got the worst lash and brow tint I have ever had. It looked ok when I left but it completely faded after TWO DAYS. I should get at least 3 weeks out of this for what I paid. The method they used was also bizarre. Usually the brow dye is wet, but it felt like she just put eye shadow on them. Haven’t found anyone who does my eyebrows as well as this team does. They are so good!
Updating to add a review for Krystle as well -- she's amazing! She did a very thorough yet gentle cleansing, extractions, and exfoliation, and dreamy face and shoulder massages too. She's also a super sweet person! -- Julianna did an awesome job today with my lash lift. She's always so careful and does a great job with facials too! I've also gotten great facials with Josie, who is very thorough and takes care not to overexfoliate etc.
