I’ve had some good experiences here with a few nail techs I really liked, but the inconsistency is becoming a problem. Even when I call ahead to make an appointment with someone, they’re often not available, which makes it hard to stick with a tech who does good work. Most recently, I came in for a gel refill. Just moved to the area, thought I’d go to the best rated place. Called to set up an appointment, ended up waiting for 20 mins with no check ups or updates on how long I was supposed to wait. Walked out the store, such a waste of my time.

I come here probably twice a year to get a good clean-up. They have always done a great job. I get the mani-pedi with regular polish. Bary helped me this last time i went and she did a great job. My manicure with regular polish looks like gel and is holding up so well.
