RecommendedThis place has great food and also great customer service! We picked up an order of two salads and a panini which we always order. Got home and one salad was missing dressing. We called and without asking any questions other than what is our address, had dressing delivered within 10 minutes. Highly recommend this great establishment to anyone who wants great food, great service, and all at a fair price. Thank you La Bottega of Merrick!

Got my usual panini that I get from another location . Bread was cold and not even toasted from the panini press. Eggplant wasn't even cooked. I bit into it and couldn't even get my teeth thru the eggplant. The eggplant was raw. Very disappointed
