The food was amazing!! Chill vibe was just what we needed. Salsa verde and chips were legit.

First place I’ve ever been to in San Antonio and it was so great! Were I live you can’t find Vegan anything and it was relaxed delishious and everyone there was super nice! Topochico with lime, chips and salsa (fresh chips! And salsa!)mini tacos, I had the fish taco and my fiancé had Juan’s burrito both got roasted corn and black beans! I cant express enough how much we enjoyed our experience. Thank you La Bontanica for the perfect kick off to our valentines weekend getaway!

The food was really delicious we had the nachos and empanadas,and the ambience was very relaxing. The music playlist at the bar area was pretty dope as well,will definitely be back.

love this spot. my fav drink is the tequila pena, and i always ask if they could make it extra spicy and they always do without hesitation. the nachos are also pretty filling, and the fried rice balls are hella good. friendly staff who always make ya feel welcome. love this place, def always bring my out of town friends here. best patio in town.
I wanted this place to be awesome however we were never greeted. The lady bartender looked at us like we were in the wrong place. She was slow in qq taking our order and never a THANK YOU or welcome. Food took forever to come out! And server never said a word. Just dropped the tray on the table. I said thank you and she just turned around and walked away. I won't be back. I'm sure there are other vegetarian restaurants in SA that are friendlier. Food is good tho.
