I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my sister in Albany hospital, as I live 5 hours away. They went to deliver it the next day but couldn't (not their fault), they called me straight away to let me know, and offered to attempt delivery again the next day. Long story short, the delivery the next day was successful and the bouquet my sister got was beautiful Thank you so much for being able to deliver her flowers when I couldn't!! Your customer service was fantastic!

I love La Botanic! Such a beautiful store and the indoor plants are gorgeous. Perfectly made coffee and the bagels are delicious!! Highly recommend grabbing a coffee and bagel from here!

asked for yellow and white and got virtually no yellow, just tiny pinhead things and some very pale things that mostly hadnt flowered, and also would not combine the delivery fee with my sisters order on same day to same address and they deliver themselves $100 poor value
