I lived at La Borgata for two years and had a disappointing experience. When I moved in, the apartment was not properly prepared—there were cleanliness issues, carpet was not clean and had candy stuck to it, missing blinds, and no light bulbs, I had to purchase my own. The floor was a sticker that had cracks in it. Throughout my tenancy, I submitted numerous maintenance requests for appliances, plumbing, pest issues, and other repairs. If the price looks affordable, It isn't. They will increase your rent cost every month (While promising it will go down), They sued me and gave me a 300 dollar fee for being 5 days late with rent, and when I moved out they used legal loopholes to take another 1,500$ and my entire deposit. I absolutely love this complex! After all the searching, I landed here not knowing this was actually home at the time! I couldn't have made a better decision! The price is so affordable, the complex is secure, maintenance is always prompt when addressing apartment issue! David is always amazing, so understanding and very approachable! Best believe, Im not leaving anytime soon!
