They will increase your rent cost every month (While promising it will go down), They sued me and gave me a 300 dollar fee for being 5 days late with rent, and when I moved out they used legal loopholes to take another 1,500$ and my entire deposit. I absolutely love this complex! After all the searching, I landed here not knowing this was actually home at the time! I couldn't have made a better decision! The price is so affordable, the complex is secure, maintenance is always prompt when addressing apartment issue! David is always amazing, so understanding and very approachable! Best believe, Im not leaving anytime soon!
Outdated and overpriced.
Been living here for over 2years and they always handle any and all issues with efficiency and grace. They don't let problems drag on, they find solutions almost immediately. I appreciate their commitment to maintaining our home and always making sure everyone staying here is happy and comfortable and safe!
