Helpful I needed a place ASAP, been here for a year, I have little complaints. I've never had a problem with not getting anything fixed once reported, just the clean up afterwards. Exterminator comes once per month. I would see a roach here and there when I first moved, but that was due to the previous tenant. The appliances are a "dated" but works. Its not a bad price based on the location.
Nasty Place! My apartment is roach infested. Managers will not fix the issue!! Told them about the issue before I even moved.....I was told it was me who is causing the issue (when I didn’t even have my furniture in the apartment yet) wasted money with this nasty place!! Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT GIVE THESE FOLKS YOUR MONEY
Awful, No good, VERY BAD! Used to be nice, but.... new management is HORRIBLE. Crime and Rent is UP at this place.
Worst place ever!!! First of all my bike was stolen. Our air conditioner broke once a week and they came to put another band aid instead of replacing it. They care nothing about the people who stay there. Oh and there were guys from the projects down the road playing on the basketball court that is meant for the tenants while a girl is turning tricks in the parking lot. This place should be shut down and reopened under new management.
Great Property! As a resident of La Bonne Vie for 7 years I can say its been a Pleasure! The staff is friendly and timely. As with any apartment complex you will always have people on the property that you will differ from and there will always be people breaking rules, management can not be blamed for the behavior of each resident. Any issuse that I have brought to Management has been received kindly and resolved quickly. RUN AWAY!!!! it is absolutely the worst apartments ever! we lived there for a year and that was way too long. The neighbors were really noisy and the bathroom was horrible. There was mold all in the bathroom and when we complained all they did was just come and look at it and said they will be back to fix it and they never did. The pool was always dirty. It seems like as soon as you do something that they dont like theyre on your ass quick! but when you need them it takes them months...thats if they ever come. so i defintely... read more
