Good luck getting anything productive from the manager. The culture here is "parking nazi", "leave a message", and she'll try to get you for every last few possible when you move out. I've never seen a less approachable complex manager. The office is perpetually "closed." She'll harass you about parking after hours on Christmas Eve, but if you need a fixture repaired or bugs removed... Be prepared to wait for weeks at minimum. Try and fix it yourself because they're taking so long? She'll try to charge you for it!
My friend lives there for the last 4 years, over all going to his secure building is usually quiet. There has been several managers living on the property, they were nice when I spoke to them. Just a month ago or so, the owners were they looking over everything making the building and property up to code, long time coming. They and the regional manager (an older woman) she seems very rude, not interested in their renters , she was blunt, and rude. For that reason I WOULD NOT even consider living their because of her!
