Two times in a row they’ve canceled my appointment Last minute. This last time was literally without any notification. I show up and the waiting room is full of people all wondering the same thing. Where the hell is the doctor? They didn’t even bother to call anybody we all showed up, they can’t even locate the doctor. Again, second time. Dr. Rad is an exceptional orthopedic doctor, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From my very first appointment, he took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, thoroughly explain my condition, and answer all of my questions. After 2 YEARS of seeing the Wrong Doctor I found I DR PYORKO!!!!!🥰🥰 HE IS THE MOST AMAZING DOCTOR!! It was less than 6 months ths and I have my new hip.and walking in 2 weeks!!!! I owe him a huge amount of praise for giving me back my quality of life!
While the office is nice, the lack of communication is concerning. Calls often go unanswered, and responses are typically limited to appointment scheduling, which makes it stressful to get assistance when needed.
The office staff as well as the physicians are top notch.
