Even though everyone is very pleasant and helpful at the facility location, I recommend that when calling the facility to ask a question, that the automated phone system be updated to include giving the Front Desk or Reception area's phone extension number to call for simple questions like: to verifying a date and time for an appointment; is an elevator used at the facility; where is the closest parking that has an elevator; best place to bring a patient in a walker to your front door; etc. Sincerely, I.
