If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have a ton of Cat Eye selections and then when you choose your color they say they don’t have it. Each time I chose a new color (because they didn’t have it in stock) I was willing to compromise on three different colors and they didn’t have any of them. I ended up paying $85 for plain black nails and toes. I haven’t had PLAIN NAILS IN OVER 10 YEARS. I’m so disappointed. I called yesterday to book an appointment and called today to confirm my appointment only for the nail tech CHI to tell me she can't do my nails in the morning because I am picky and due to her belief I will have the rest of the clients be picky!! But my tips not picky?? I am no longer coming here!! Felt very disrespected. This is pure STIGMATIZATION. She claim she was scared of me but never ones turned my tips down.
Joe is a great nail artist! La Bleu nail salon and La Bleu 2 in Marlton are fantastic! They can always fit me in last minute. I can’t even think of any Tim I was dissatisfied!
Talented nail techs, terrible customer service. Unfortunately its been one too many times to overlook.
