Today was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had. I cannot believe how unprofessional people can be. I simply voiced my concerns about how I've been making my monthly payments—something I have every right to discuss as a paying client. I pay for every service, tip every single time, and have been a loyal customer. What made the experience even worse was that, while we were walking to the sugaring room, my sugarist stopped in the hallway and told another sugarist to take over my appointment without saying a word to me. 5 stars for sugarist Hope!!! She is so amazing, does an amazing job on my Brazilian EVERY time and I always feel so comfortable with her. I feel SOOO appreciated as a client because she always remembers the things we’ve talked about, and brings them up each month when I see her. 10/10 would recommend!!!
