I have been coming here for several years as a member. I’ve always been told that they have a 10 minute grace period. I walked in 10 minutes late today due to a work call running late. I was told very rudely that there are no appts left, and they can’t fit me in today. I said multiple times that I’ve been a customer here for years. Wendy was amazing! This was my first time trying sugaring after years of waxing, and she made the experience so smooth and comfortable. She explained everything, put me at ease, and did an incredible job. I’ll definitely be back!
Wendy answered all my questions When I first walked in the door, I stopped in just to ask questionsand I felt confident about it so I went ahead and tried the sugar scrub. My experience was good. Took about 10 minutes. She’s very thorough very nice very personable very professional and I will definitely be back.
