I have been going here for 3 years. Bernice is wonderful and so good at her job. They use nice hot towels and towels not tissue paper to dry your hands. I would highly recommend

Even 1 star would be too much for this experience. To say that it was horrible, is to say nothing: The establishment itself is dirty and doesn't provide the SPA atmosphere, you just can't relax there.The attendant had a smell of urine coming from her, and that stink now follows me. Bad command of English. The cream that was dumped on my face ( that's correct - not applied but rather dumped) felt on the face like the cheapest foot lotion, no hair cap was provided ( my hair now is full of this cheap cream), and my eyes are sti... read more
