***** and **** are great but the rest of the staff are unprofessional and inconsistent. This was my third visit and last. 30 minutes before closing the staff started dusting and cleaning with harsh chemicals which aggravated my breathing and the relaxing experience we came for. Then my daughters nail lady (name unknown) refused to help her put her shoe on after the pedicure although wed already given her a good tip. They also gossip loudly about customers in their native language.
