Do not go to this place they rush on your Nails this is the second time I go and my nails come out horrible one hand is Came out horrible didn’t file them down enough so they look crooked and never give me what I Ask for
Got screamed at by one of the nail techs because I asked for a different nail tech due to her messing up my nails so badly. I calmly asked and her response was to scream at me and blame me for the nails being bad. She stated if I didn’t pick such a light color the nails wouldn’t have look so ugly. I was shocked and management did not help nor step in.
Very friendly. Leigh was great. Nice and clean place. I will definitely be back.
Im going to start off by saying, I have NEVER in my life left a bad review for a nail salon, I’m pretty go with the flow and I’m not a complainer when it comes to my nails because I can always get them change/redone in 2ish weeks, it’s no biggie… until today. I’ve also never had a bad experience doing my nails before either. I went in for a refill and color change.
