Disgusting, uncomfortable, creepy experience with one of the men working there. He is 30, lived in Alaska previously, sides of his head shaved, tattoos. I came later in the afternoon on Sunday. He took a very long time on my pedicure to keep me there past closing. As he was doing my manicure, all the women left & he locked the door so I was locked in there with him. Terrible service so many times I quit going. Not just myself but my mother in law as well. They are rude and don’t care about the tiny details. Take your money down the street and save your agony from dealing with them.

Terrible service and quality. They don’t take the time to do things right to ensure your gel manicure will last. Within one day my gel nails chipped. By day 5 half of them were chipped and the others were lifting. When I went back to get them fixed they acted like it was my fault with an attitude. After they were done (poorly again) they left the room and didn’t say anything. I was going to at least leave a tip for the time but not with that attitude.
