Omg… when I tell you this lady Melissa is absolutely rude, unprofessional, and crazyyyy!!! I actually had a very similar experience to what Nonso Oranyeli shared in their review; so brace yourself for this story time. My first experience with Melissa was when I was about 9 months pregnant. Beware of this lady! I sent her a picture of how my hair looked like. She refused to look at it until I reminded her the next day. She told me $80 and then changed it to $120 when I got there. She then started complaining about how she wanted to go home and being snippy the whole 3 hours 30 minutes of my experience. The icing on the cake was when she took it upon herself to play a video on loop on how Nigerians are not good people (I am Nigerian) and she played it 40 minutes straight trying to get a reaction out of me. I can respect her! She knows what she is worth. I'm not working with much hair (<= 3inches), so I don't blame her for rejecting my cost proposal.
Last minute appointment that she was able to accommodate. She worked quick and my goddess braids were done in about 1.5 hours. I will be back.
