I came here mid-morning on a Wednesday after reading the reviews. It was fairly empty and I had a choice of where to sit, so I chose to sit by the big picture window so I could people and dog watch! This was my second time visiting Flagstaff. I had been to The Toasted Owl on my last trip, which was super yummy, but I wanted try somewhere else so I turned to Yelp for help and decided on La Bellavia. I was not dissapointed at all.
