I went to Laura because she offered late appointments and she was very kind throughout the process. Unfortunately, the highlighting left noticeable bleach bleed marks throughout my roots, scalp area, back, and sides. I returned for a root melt to help cover and blend them and it looked great when I left but within less than two weeks the root melt faded unevenly and the same bleach spots became visible again.
